The Millennium Science Forum respects protection of user privacy in operating the Official Website of the Millennium Science Forum (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). Personal information that users of the Site provided will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

We automatically collect and store Internet domain names, IP addresses, web search queries and other information about access to the Site. In the "Application Form" at the Site, we ask users to fill in the nominee's name, email address, affiliation organization, phone number and required information to apply for the Sir Martin Wood Prize.

This privacy policy applies only to the Site. When browsing a page on the Site that contains a third-party’s social networking site’s button, the user’s browsing record may be sent to the third-party’s providers.
